How do I choose the right pixel pitch?+
Start with minimum viewing distance, content and environment. Closer viewers need a finer pitch, followed by a review of budget, brightness and buildable dimensions.
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor LED?+
Outdoor LED requires higher brightness, weather protection and suitable structure. Indoor LED prioritizes close-view detail, uniformity and interior integration.
Can any screen size be built?+
Most target dimensions can be approached, but final size follows module or cabinet increments. We show the requested and nearest buildable size before approval.
When should I choose LED versus an LCD video wall?+
LED is best for one seamless image, large formats and custom shapes. LCD video walls can suit multi-source monitoring where narrow panel bezels are acceptable.
Can the solution include content management?+
Yes. A CMS can schedule, update and monitor digital signage displays remotely within the project scope.
Low current systems
What is needed to quote a CCTV system?+
A site plan, coverage areas, required level of detail, recording duration, lighting conditions and any existing network or VMS platform.
Do network works include cable testing?+
The scope can include Fluke copper tests, OTDR fiber reports, labeling, port schedules and final drawings.
Can access control interface with fire alarm?+
An approved interface such as dry contact can release doors in an emergency, subject to the Cause & Effect matrix and fire consultant approval.
How is public address different from normal audio?+
Public address is designed for paging, zones, priorities and intelligible coverage, with background music or emergency messaging where required.
Do you provide as-built drawings?+
Yes, within an integrated implementation scope, covering installed points, routes, racks, addressing and test records.
Smart systems
Does a smart home work without the internet?+
A well-designed system keeps essential functions local. Internet is used for remote access and selected cloud services.
Can keypads and the app work together?+
Yes. Keypads, touch panels, apps, remotes and automation can coexist, with the best interface chosen for each user and room.
Can automation be added to an existing property?+
Yes. Wired, wireless or hybrid options can be selected after reviewing the available infrastructure, cable routes and integration requirements.
Which scenes are most useful?+
Welcome, away, sleep, entertaining, relaxation, cinema and cleaning scenes can all be personalized.
Can the system expand later?+
We plan platform capacity and infrastructure so rooms, devices and scenes can be added within the selected ecosystem.
Home cinema
How is cinema screen size selected?+
It depends on seating distance, aspect ratio, source resolution and sight lines. Bigger is not always better if it exceeds a comfortable viewing angle.
Should I choose a projector or a large display?+
Projection suits a very large cinematic image in a light-controlled room. Direct-view displays offer higher brightness and simpler use in multipurpose rooms.
What is the difference between acoustic treatment and isolation?+
Treatment improves sound inside the room; isolation reduces sound transfer to adjacent spaces. Dedicated cinemas often need both considered.
Is 5.1.2 enough?+
It can be excellent for a medium room and one main seating row when placed correctly. Larger rooms or multiple rows benefit from 7.1.4 or 7.2.4.
Does calibration cover picture and sound?+
The scope can include levels, delay, EQ and subwoofer optimization, plus color, brightness, contrast and HDR setup.
